As a webdesigner I often curse at Bill Gates and their idea of web-browsin’ through Internet Explorer! DAMN YOU! Well, before I used to have 1 mac and 1 pc, but i threw the “blue-screened” pc down the stairs so I had to figure out a way to check my progress making websites in ie some other way. I found 2 good solutions:
1. Internet Explorer for OSX.
This is an application! You actualy can install IE6 on your mac and you’re good to go! http://www.kronenberg.org/ies4osx/
2. Browsershots.
Browsershots makes screenshots of your Web design in different browsers. How does this work? When you submit your Web address, a number of distributed computers will open your Web site in their browser(!!!) and they’ll make screenshots and upload them to the central server here. How good is that?!
